Sam Holden (U.K.), Niels van Alphen (Dutch) and Nicolau Villa Lobos (Brazilian) were the last players standing for their respective countries.
Villa Lobos was eliminated earlier today while both Holden and van Alphen are still standing.
“This is the dream,” said van Alphen. “I got into poker watching players like Marcel Luske play the WSOP Main Event and now I’m here.”
van Alphen successfully qualified for the WSOP Main Event for only $100 on 888poker using the steps program.
